Introduzione alla discontinuità temporale Introduction to temporal discontinuity

In the context of the Oblivion Time Theory, we hypothesize that time is not continuous, but quantized into discrete units called Instantaneous Presents, separated by indivisible intervals of time called Oblivion Time, denoted by the symbol ${\Theta}$.

1. Definizione del tempo quantizzato1. Definition of quantized time

Sia $n$ un numero intero positivo che rappresenta l’ordine del presente istantaneo: Let $n$ be a positive integer representing the order of the instantaneous present:

$t_n = n \cdot \Theta$
  • $t_n$ è il tempo percepito al passo $n$.$t_n$ is the perceived time at step $n$.
  • ${\Theta}$ è l’intervallo minimo di tempo indivisibile (Tempo di Oblivion).${\Theta}$ is the minimum indivisible time interval (Oblivion Time).

2. Variazione di posizione2. Change in position

If a particle moves in space between two consecutive instantaneous presents, the change in position will be:

$\Delta x = x_n - x_{n-1}$
  • $x_n$ è la posizione della particella al tempo $t_n$.$x_n$ is the particle's position at time $t_n$.
  • $x_{n-1}$ è la posizione al tempo $t_{n-1}$.$x_{n-1}$ is the position at time $t_{n-1}$.

3. Velocità discreta3. Discrete velocity

The observable velocity between two instantaneous presents becomes an observed difference between two instants separated by a time ${\Theta}$:

$v_n = \frac{\Delta x}{\Theta} = \frac{x_n - x_{n-1}}{\Theta}$

4. Velocità della luce come limite massimo4. Speed of light as a maximum limit

In the context of this theory, the speed of light ($c$) represents the maximum limit of displacement between two instantaneous presents. It remains a universal constant, but it is linked to the rhythmic structure of time.

$c = \frac{\Delta x_{max}}{\Theta}$
  • ${\Delta x_{max}}$ è lo spazio massimo percorribile tra due presenti consecutivi.${\Delta x_{max}}$ is the maximum distance that can be traveled between two consecutive presents.

5. Tempo di Planck come riferimento5. Planck time as a reference

If we accept that the Oblivion Time for fundamental matter is equal to the Planck time ($t_P$), which is approximately $5.39 \times 10^{-44}$ seconds, then all observable reality is marked by a fundamental temporal grid, common to the entire universe.
