At the heart of quantum mechanics, and even more profoundly in the Oblivion Time Theory, observation is not merely a gesture, nor a passive event. It is a creative act. It is what connects two discontinuous instants and makes them coherent in our consciousness. But above all, it is an act of synchrony: a locking-in between the observer's consciousness and one of the infinite trajectories that reality could have taken.
In the quantized world of time, nothing "flows." Events do not succeed each other smoothly but jump from one defined state to another, like frames of a film that exist only when projected at the right frequency. The observer—human or artificial—does nothing more than intercept one of these frames, one instantaneous present among many, and make it real.
The wave function, in the classical view, represents a field of possibilities. But in a reality marked by Oblivion Time, what we observe is only one state among many possible, and the choice does not happen within time: it happens in the jump, in the moment when the temporal gap between one instant and the next is crossed by consciousness. Reality, therefore, exists not in the flow, but in the synchrony between the perceptual act and the available instant.
The observer does not just look. They enter into resonance with a deep rhythm, the one set by ${\Theta}$, the Oblivion Time. When this resonance is perfect, a phenomenon we could call "absolute presence" is realized: the observed instant coincides with the deepest beat of reality. It is the moment when time becomes fully aware of itself, through us.
In this light, observation is a sacred event, not in a religious sense, but in an ontological one. It is an alignment between consciousness and the quantized fabric of the universe, like two waves interfering perfectly, generating a single point of light. If time jumps, then thinking, seeing, perceiving are also jumps. And the quality of the jump—its synchrony with time itself—determines the clarity of the instant, the truth of the real, the solidity of the world.
